The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron is a great example of someone internally looking at the black character they had in their show, saying "we can do better" & standing on business.
Libby's role in the show from Season 2 onward made the show 3x better.
A black dyslexic superhero in 2004 was the first time I felt authentically seen. It's sad to see how little the current regime cares about telling stories like this.
It's such a shame that "Insane in the Mama Train" has the ONLY worthwhile Raphael and Casey Jones scene in all of Rise of the TMNT. This scene is twice as funny when you know she's Casey though.
