- Dear fans of all clubs, please leave the Gareth Southgate song alone. It’s meant something rather good and special for 4 weeks. Let it stay that way rather than ballsing it up for two bob managers who might not see the winter out. Thanks.
- Because the police treated everybody with respect and dignity, as a guest in their country. Fans weren’t herded around and thought of as criminals at any point. Our football-hating policing could learn a lot.
- Kieran Morgan is 18 years old. EIGHTEEN. YEARS. OLD. I know PL clubs have a lot more wheat and chaff to divide up, but fuck me, how has NO-ONE at Spurs seen something in him. Physically mature. Head way beyond his years. Delightful footballer full stop. Incredible pick-up.
- The interviewer just said “you found a way” to Maguire. They blew a 3 goal lead, needed one of the most marginal decisions VAR will give, and needed penalties to beat a Championship side. But yeah, they “found a way”. Fuck me.

- Whoever that was abusing Darnell Furlong needs to take a long hard look at themselves. All for making LR hostile, but choose your targets, eh. He’s always been positive and complimentary about QPR, and even considers himself a fan of the club. Embarrassing.
