    Thank you to those who expressed interest in my Mom’s #VeryAsian (guo tei) dumpling recipe. I’m sharing her handwritten notes (which are a treasure for me). They’re best-suited for Chinese New Year’s Eve but anytime is a good time to devote a day to making & devouring them.

    My brother taught his daughters how to make our late Mom’s #VeryAsian dumplings on New Year’s Day and I couldn’t be prouder. I won’t apologize for being Very Asian, just like I’m certain the caller won’t apologize for being Very Racist.

    My tailor/stylist @PellegrinoCastr and I designed what I call my zoom suit a.k.a. The Post-Pandemic. After wearing t-shirts, hoodies, sweats, shorts or PJs during virtual interviews for the last 15 months, this suit was crafted with comfort in mind.
