    After hearing Mulvaney's comments, I now believe that @realDonaldTrump should be impeached by the US House and face a trial in the US Senate. This is not a decision I've made lightly, but it's clear now that a line was crossed. This is an abuse of power. Action must be taken.

    A block of House Republicans should get together with Democrats to pick a speaker to run a coalition government, which will moderate the House and marginalize the extremists.

    Rather than criticizing @KingJames, we should be celebrating him for his charity work and efforts to help kids. By the way, all-around he’s better than Michael Jordan. That’s a fact.

    Wouldn’t it be great for America if a block of Republicans and Democrats work together to pick a Speaker to run a coalition-style government? A coalition allows the House to create policy from the middle out rather than the extremes in.

    I gave him every chance, but I've come to the conclusion that @realDonaldTrump is simply incapable of being a unifier or accepting any personal responsibility. Americans deserve more -- so much more -- from a President.

    Some people think that I hate Trump. I don't. I simply don't think America's president should be a person who fuels grievances to divide us and doesn't have a hopeful vision for our future. I'm a lifelong conservative Republican, but I will not be voting for Donald Trump.

    Based on what we've seen in the #January6th Committee, it's clear to me that as President, Donald Trump tried to overturn the election result. It is both breathtaking and chilling. Never in my lifetime would I have imagined a President of the United States doing this.

    Today’s Oval Office meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy was shameful. President Zelenskyy represents a nation whose citizens have sacrificed their lives and shed blood for the freedoms they cherish. He deserves respect, not humiliation.

    I will be speaking at the #DNC Convention because I believe that America needs to go in a different direction. I've searched my conscience and I believe the best way forward is for change - to bring unity where there has been division. And to bring about a healing in America.

    I've long opposed Roy Moore & his divisive viewpoints. The actions described make him unfit for office. The GOP must not support him. He should step aside.
