- I have confirmed that longtime EGHS baseball coach Jeff Carlson has resigned. He and wife Caryn want to spend more time watching sons Dylan (Cardinals) & Tanner (Long Beach St) play. He was the standard by which all HS coaches are measured-8 Section titles in 19 yrs.
