- Well guess I’ll be leaving the USA for the first time!
- My dads American record of 4:51:25 falls. 28 years later. My dad said he was very happy to see someone go after it and get it.Absurd 50 mile record broken this weekend by Jim Walmsley. - 16th is not where I need to be today. I was happy with how I fought until the very end for every place I could. I learned a lot today.
- 4:01.00 is no longer the state mile record.
- My first run with @_Morgan_Pearson was a recovery day up the canyon freshman year and he tried to drop me clipping off 5:40 miles. When we hit 5 miles to flip he said, “we should do 12 today.” Now we are both olympians.
- Unsanctioned meet and invite NCAA participants. I have a track across the street from my house in Boulder.
- Run 7:34 for third at Millrose games and it’s like the 12th most impressive thing from OAC this week. Seeing this team form from scratch makes weekends like this a little more special.
- If pictures of riots make you more upset than than a video of a police murdering someone. You are part of the problem.
