    I remember the lightning bolt searing pain of the bullet that roared thru my body. I knew I was dying. The pain, the fear, absolute terror in pain and dread… I was able to share a message for my child - “Tell my son I love him.” The dying was agony.

    Why is it that this nation cannot find the same courage & fortitude that we expect of our babies as they lay dying on classroom floors?This is the only place in the world where this happens. This is not the price of your freedom. #Enough

    I was an adult able to understand what was happening to me. What about these babies? And they were babies. How long did it take for each of them to die? How much pain and fear did they feel as they died alone? Who did they cry out for?

    I've not endorsed a presidential candidate til now. I've chatted w/a few candidates & others' key staff. I've voiced my concerns & policy priorities. One has personally engaged me time & again. After being asked to read a draft of disability policy, I am ALL IN for @JulianCastro

    Today, a child wheelchair user sat at a wheelchair-accessible desk on the floor of the #AZLeg House. Her brother mused that maybe she *could* be governor of everyone, not just "special needs. Ensuring ALL our children see themselves in the future, matters. #CripTheVote
