I've done this job my entire adult life and I've known few people like Demaryius Thomas, who found a way to retain his humanity, kindness and joy of life in the most trying circumstances; who found a way to try to achieve on-field greatness as he lifted others along the way.

- Drew Lock's mom on what happened over the last week ...
- Broncos are named in Brian Flores' lawsuit over 2019 interview with team ... lawsuit alleges Elway, Ellis and others hour late for interview and that "They looked completely disheveled, and it was obvious that they had (sic) drinking heavily the night before.''
- Day after day I walk by a parking lot at the Broncos, filled with vehicles from the best of showrooms, but I wanted to know who had the 2000 Dodge pick-up with the telltale I-lived-in-the-Midwest rust around the fenders…so I wrote about Andy Janovich —
- Ok it’s a socially distanced photo, but Broncos have cutouts of over 1,800 characters from South Park in the south stands — #Colorado
- YES, Bridgewater made a crappy decision not to try to tackle Darius Slay, but can we just stow the fake flexing about courage, fire and whatnot. The guy almost had his leg amputated because of football & got back on field. Just say it was crappy decision and get on with your day.
- A testament to the life Demaryius Thomas lived -- every former teammate who is a parent, or fellow Broncos employee who is parent I have spoken with today has a picture of a smiling Demaryius high-fiving or running alongside or throwing a ball to or hugging their smiling children
- Mike Shanahan and family as his Broncos Ring of Fame statue is unveiled Friday night.
- In the last two weeks we've seen a 19-year-old in Jalen Hurts and a 21-year-old in Marcus Williams handle difficult moments on the biggest of stages with poise and character. And that's well worth remembering too.
- I see the responses to what's happening w/Browns and the WFT, but NFL pretty much set the bar for you're-going-to-play-no-matter-what on Nov. 29, 2020. Broncos played Saints on 26 hours notice -- players pulled off practice field on Saturday -- without a quarterback in uniform
- Looks like the Broncos will send Kendall Hinton’s wristband with the plays on it and the play-call sheet from last Sunday’s game against the Saints to the Pro Football Hall of Fame to be displayed. Hinton played 24 snaps at quarterback in the game.
- Jeff Okudah just said the best receiver he faced was Wisconsin’s Quintez Cephus — “I don’t care what his 40 time was.”
- Falcons coach Raheem Morris just offered that Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay "is the heartbeat of the team.'' At the moment Lindsay leads all qualifying running backs in yards per carry at 6.4 and is only behind Arizona QB Kyler Murray overall.
- I've spent some time around an NFL team or two and C.J. Anderson has always been one of the most honest, up-front, authentic players I've ever dealt with and he was always willing to talk about why I asked a certain question or how I constructed a story. All the best to him.
