    Hard to put into words these past several months. Chemo has been the ultimate test of strength and will. Thank you to my family and friends for the support. Thank you to my wife Lindsay, who has kept this train going. I love you all and here is to a clean scan on December 4th!

    Thank you to coach McCaffery and his staff for giving our team the opportunity to come play at Carver! It was a special night for many reasons and I am proud of the way our guys battled. Good luck to the Hawkeyes this season and it was great to see a lot of familiar faces!

    My daughter is playing 7-8 year old softball. It’s been going on for about 3 weeks now. I really struggle to watch and see parents yell at their kids, get upset about mistakes, and are just plain rude in the stands. My hope is she keeps having fun! Thank you to her coaches!

    Wow, I guess having the 2nd most wins and just as many losses as the #1 seed gets you a 6 seed in the D2 Elite 8 Men’s Basketball Tournament. Not to mention, we play in one of the best leagues in the country! Love being the underdog! Time to work...

    Luka Garza has earned a roster spot. The Pistons only giving him a 2-way is unreal. I bet if they waived him someone in the league would sign him to a guaranteed contract.

    I get so tired of seeing kids and parents post stats and post rankings. Automatic non recruit for a winning program in my opinion. Also, can’t stand parents posting workout videos of their kids and not calling them by their names. Be humble. Social Media! What a world!
