    Many AAU careers will be ending this weekend. Make sure to thank your parents, relatives, HS coaches, and AAU coaches for sacrificing time and money driving you around, putting you up in hotels, meals and allowing you a platform to earn a scholarship. #AttitudeOfGratitude

    When you are playing these AAU games, that is your resume. For most, this is the first opportunity coaches get to see you. Your FIRST impression is long lasting. Effort matters, attitude matters, winning matters, getting back late Sunday and going to school Monday matters.

    Told my team after a huge rival road win that I don’t want them to go to class next week to lock in on the MAC Tournament! Most of them got excited and were like REALLY?!? I said yes. I’m dead serious. They were excited until a few of them said… “it’s Spring break next week”
