- Hey guys. Unfortunately I tested positive for Covid so we will be distancing from each other in the meantime. I will film alone from the studio and Phil will edit from home. Bare with us while we do the best we can while staying distanced.

- A couple days ago my wife’s friends husband left for work and never returned. He was killed in a car accident on his way. You never know when your time is up. Treat every day like it’s your last and treat your loved ones like its their last. Life is short
- Health update... 120 days later. Down 30lbs, muscle mass is way up and my body fat dropped from 25% to 18.8%. For the first time in my adult life I’m NO LONGER in the “obese” range. #goteamjay
