- The #PAbudget is due today, and we are likely going to miss the deadline because Republicans have spent the week trying to raise Pitt's tuition, banning trans kids from playing sports with their friends, and ensuring gay kids feel ostracized at school.

We know Jay, and quite frankly we’ll need them here to keep Pittsburgh safe now that the police don’t respond anymore in your hometown. - I'm tired of the rhetoric about "rescuing" kids from "failing schools." We need to rescue our public schools to ensure that no child breathes lead or asbestos in class, that they have great teachers, that they're safe and fed. A handful of private scholarships doesn't do that.
- Dr. Oz is about to get a tax break in FLORIDA after he spent MILLIONS improving his Palm Beach mansion, one of his 10 properties. There is no way he understands Pennsylvanians. We can't send him to the Senate on our behalf. We deserve better. miamiherald.com/news/politics-…
- The Blue Wall Governors are in Allegheny County today!! @gretchenwhitmer, @Tony4WI and @JoshShapiroPA are proof that we have winning values and can compete everywhere. Amazing energy for our folks here, honored to be part of it.
- There is so much we can accomplish with a Democratic trifecta in Pennsylvania: raise the minimum wage, pass LGBTQ nondiscrimination laws, tackle the epidemic of gun violence, protect workers. 3 flips in the #pasenate, and so much is possible.
- The more I read about the hateful comments at Trump’s MSG rally, the angrier I get. These weren’t jokes. The rhetoric was divisive and dangerous and so hurtful to millions of Americans. We’re better than this, and we can’t put hate in our highest office.
- I've lived in Squirrel Hill and I've represented it for years, and while we're flattered McCormick wants to be from here - he's not. If the Connecticut resident wants to run for Senate - great! He should do it from his home. In Connecticut. whyy.org/articles/penns…
- This year we saw one of the most dishonest, misleading campaigns against our Supreme Court. Billionaires tried to confuse voters and buy our courts for their rightwing playbook but we saw through it, fought back, and retained our justices. Good work, PA!!
