I'm rather hoping Russia launches a full-frontal. Obviously relieving my boredom with this interminable issue is one reason, but also because I have a pet theory Putin's rabble will at best gain a pyrrhic victory or even better, quagmire within a week and get their arses kicked.

This deserves a stern and appropriate response from the court. Some sort of medal and a cash sum, perhaps?

Bloody hell, they still have a huge statue of that genocidal maniac? He oversaw butchery that would have made Pol Pot himself write a strong letter of complaint to The Times.

Ah. Rule of Law. Robert Jenrick. Tory donor Richard Desmond's planning application? Your approval (coincidentally just in time to save Dirty Des tens of millions on an infrastructure levy)? Later ruled to be unlawful? Tell us again about the 'rule of law'.

Knowing that the IDF aren't *that* primitively minded regarding tactics, I'd say this is what you do when you are confident the enemy has no real means to light you up, even if you are basically going bumper to bumper.

Unsurprisingly, he used to be a professional comedian. The person who did this cringe shit has the comedic instincts of those who create such gloop for your 70 something-old aunts who forward such simpleton-pleasing shit to their book group friends on WhatsApp.

It is an interesting medical experiment though, seeing how much ridiculous shit you can do to your body before all your internal organs file for divorce.

Fair enough, the sappers got it right... Obviously, they weren't aware that Polish building regulations would become stricter over the next seventy years.

On the plus side, the wealth of both the Mormon church and fellow criminal enterprise Scientology is so vast, that if a sensible government ever gets power, smashes the fuck out of these cults and seizes their loot, it can rain money on some worthwhile things.

A fundamental question might be what the hell is wrong with doing public outreach anyway and why academic life downgrades this compared to publishing.
