Had a fun time pouring over UTSA's new Nike contract and comparing it to some other G5 programs. It's interesting how much these terms vary from school to school
I don't think UTSA fans truly appreciate how rare it is to enjoy consecutive double digit win seasons. Last time the following schools have accomplished it:
Never - Texas Tech, UNT, UH, UTEP
1982 - TXST (FCS)
1984 - SMU
1994 - TAMU
2009 - UT-Austin
2015 - Baylor, TCU
2022 - UTSA
I don't worry about the A&M opening too much because Traylor is 100% the right man for the job and we all know the Aggies will not be hiring the right man for the job
Who says football doesn't improve academics for universities? UTSA, Utah State, and Louisiana all won ten+ games this year and earned a Carnegie Tier One designation
