    What I love about Rapido's strategy: They enter categories where VC money has dried up, like cabs and now food delivery. meaning incumbents are chasing profits, not customer delight. Rapido steps in with better pricing + sharper ops. Smart, timed & relentless!

    Zepto’s story blows my mind every time. Started by 19-year-olds, and in 4 years they’ve built one of India’s most operationally excellent company. That’s rare anywhere in the world maybe only Zuckerberg did it that young(his company involved way less ops/humans to deal with!)

    We've just closed this financing, although it still feels like Day 1. We have a lot more execution to go before we build a generational company for our customers and shareholders. Back to work :) P.S. - We have built an excellent selection of Gold and Silver coins for customers

    Startup founders nowadays have to run the company, do fundraise, hire & retain the best talent, work with lawyer/banks, build a personal brand, become a youtuber, decode kunal shah's tweets, share memes, do a podcast with indian joe rogan. Quite a job!

    In IIT Kharagpur, the entire hostel students used to lit almost a lakh diyas to make large structures and compete among ourselves as a competition. We used to call it illu. The tajmahal structure below was lit with 55000 diyas. Diwali is a bit more special for all KGPians :)

    What is up with kids from BITS ? While interviewing for junior roles found them to be really good at presentation skills and to have structured approach towards problem solving. Pleasanlty suprised!
