    Against Steve, Diddy has a bunch of counterplay and options to condition interaction. If they stand too close to their wall, you can use barrels (on the middle block) which leaves you at the other end of the stage safely. That gives you space to take down the blocks #ssbu_diddy

    Steve is like that 2-2 Bowser player from every scene that pressed double jump and dair out of disadvantage every single time, except it's beating top players at the highest level of the game

    Unlike Marth, Roy's attacks are more powerful the closer you get the the base of his blade. If you can get up close and personal with your opponent, you can deliver some powerful blows.

    Diddy can cancel popgun charge with an aerial by pressing grab + jump at the same time - the jump input can be buffered and the aerial will be whichever direction you're holding on your stick. I'm not sure if it's known yet, but it's another popgun cancel method.
