People might disagree but I absolutely view this as enough reason for life in prison. They don't do it just once, they pass when it is illegal to do so, and this shows a complete disregard for the lives of everyone else on the road.

I just want to remind Canadians that complying had a man see his daughter with a gun held to her head in the moments before he was shot and killed in front of his family. The best defense is a 12 gauge shotgun. You don't even need to aim well and they won't get back up.

I want to be against this sort of behavior, but the legal system doesn't punish people anymore. Calling the police has become a mercy on criminals. That has to change if they want people to just call the police.
