A U.S. Special Operations official monitoring the conflict in Ukraine told Connecting Vets that he had seen estimates of 280 Russian armored vehicles taken out by the Javelin as of this writing, out of 300 total missiles fired.

Don't want to shock anyone, but this is what we should have been doing in Afghanistan and Iraq if we actually wanted to "win" and withdraw leaving behind something resembling a democracy. Instead it was all on DOD and the rest of our government was just kind of absent.

Just to be clear, this is false. I know the guy who shot Pat, and it was a tragic and accidental friendly fire incident. The military initially lied about how it went down, and that is the real issue here.

Just a reminder that Pat Tillman, the man in the ad the NFL just opened the Super Bowl up with, was shot in the head by his own men in an intentional friendly fire incident after he became openly critical of U.S. war efforts (particularly in Iraq).
