2lb ground beef, 1lb hot pork breakfast sausage, 1 lb ground bison. Generous amount of bad Byron's butt rub. 1/3 cup of your favorite bbq sauce. Garlic powder. Minced onion. 3 eggs. 1/2 or so cup of Italian bread crumbs. Quite a bit of black pepper. Smoke for 90 min. Finish @ 350
