Today we remember Joanna Simpson on what would have been her 60th birthday.
Joanna was a loving and caring daughter, sister, mother and friend.
She is sorely missed. Her legacy lives on through her children and the Joanna Simpson Foundation.

- 🎉 Congratulations to Diana Parkes, co-founder of the Joanna Simpson Foundation, who received her CBE today at Windsor Castle for her services to vulnerable children suffering from domestic abuse and domestic homicide. Diana received her CBE from The Princess Royal.
- Today marks 13 years since Joanna Simpson was brutally killed by her estranged husband, Robert Brown. Joanna was a kind and caring woman, an amazing mother & much loved by her family and friends. The @JRCSFoundation will continue to raise awareness around domestic homicide.

00:00 - 🚨 Robert Brown has lost his judicial review to have the Secretary of State for Justice’s decision to block his early automatic release revoked. 🚨 Brown will now face the Parole Board in due course.
