    As I recorded my standup for my LSU-Alabama wrap, @MartySmithESPN gave some advice & encouragement. I'm a big fan of his dating back to his NASCAR days, but this was next level. To quote him, "Be kind. Work hard. The rest takes care of itself." Words to live by. Thank you man. 💯

    One year ago, this 72 second clip changed my life for the better. Be a light, remember that love & kindness always wins. I'll always be grateful for @MartySmithESPN for teaching that life lesson. And I'll be grateful to y'all for proving him right. Love y'all. ❤️

    The only thing I can say is wow. The last 12 hours have been mindblowing. My sentiment is the same as everyone else: Marty Smith is freaking awesome, and it's a moment I'll never forget. I'm glad it's brought so much love and kindness to others. And by popular demand, the pic ⬇️!

    Thompson's Trent Seaborn tonight in the 7A State Championship vs. Auburn (Thompson currently leads 49-10 in the 4th): 12-14, 207 yds, 5 TDs, INT, has a passer rating of 313.5. He is in 8th Grade. I don't even have words to describe that.
