- I think the commentary team have got carried away with this Xhaka narrative. It is more entertaining for a viewer if he’s responsible for Liverpool’s goal, but it’s not really true. This is a good example of a reputation preceding a player, and a story becoming reality.
- This game is so over that the commentary is now basically just a podcast.
- I think we need a psychologist to explain Real Madrid to us this season.
- Are Ipswich the best bad team ever in the premier league? Every time I watch them they are convincingly decent and yet they have 9 points.
- I am a genius yes thank you

- From his first Tifo camera appearance to his last, he's finally smiling on his way out the door. Ta-ra, @AFHStewart, it was a pleasure.
- It’s hard to admit, but I no longer think England are going to win the Euros, everyone.
- Erik ten Hag, welcome to Manchester United, where the first three questions of your first pre-match press conference are about a guy who is not starting the game!
- Always interesting when you stumble into a controversy you did not know existed. The number of responders here who talk about Mount’s “PR” or journalists “trying hard to make him look good” is quite amusing. What possible motivation could there be? 00:00 - Replying to @JM_DevineIt was a delight to host the show for 7 years. Thanks for all the listens. Touching to read the kind messages this morning. You’re all very nice.
