Father is on the right. At 15 yrs old, he lied about his age (as did many others) to willing enlist as a combat vet during WWII. Barely old enough to shave, but took a stand for what he believed in. A true American hero!

It is a federal crime to knowingly mutilate, deface, or burn the flag of the United States, unless it is worn or soiled. The Supreme Court can review the constitutionality of this law and expedite the cases.
