00:00 - I like the idea of him just disappearing, but the issue is in the execution. the droning background sound keeps going after he disappears. it makes it feel like a cartoony poof away rather than scary imo i think it's more impactful to cut out all sound except the knife & jotaro

00:23JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVA (1993) - my brain lives for the way stone ocean handled onomatopoeia. it was just the best in the series in both design and use imo
