In bittersweet news, I will be moving from OKC to Atlanta in late July to pursue my Master’s in Africana Studies at Georgia State. I have decided to lean into what I’m most passionate about: the empowerment of Black people and amplifying our voices and stories. 🖤✊🏾🖤

This is why Biden’s landmark Respect for Marriage Act (2022) was a critical piece of legislation. In the event that Obergefell is overturn, RFMA protects same-sex and interracial marriages.

They want to convince you that college is a scam, but the real scam is the monetization and commercialization of education-related debt.

Idk who needs to hear this, but Christianity isn’t the solution to racism. My humanity shouldn’t be predicated on your religious faith and its variations.

There’s something quite uncomfortable this week as Julius Jones waits to see if he’ll be executed, a white nationalist receiving sympathy from the judge in his murder trial in WI, and the Arbery family in GA criticized for the clergy support they receive while seeking justice.

It’s really weird hearing OKC Thunder fans still booing KD. It’s been a decade, can we move on, please??

So @GovStitt justified his reasoning to allow for the execution of Emmanuel Littlejohn this morning, because he’s a “law and order governor.” Yet he supports a convicted felon for president of the United States. More hypocrisy from a governor that cares nothing more than himself.

How disrespectful to assume that anybody can replace a teacher.
