    There are countless incredible owners, staff, trainers, riders and volunteers caring for horses unselfishly, with great respect and empathy. It is regrettable that the focus is not on them, for all they do, rather than on the regrettable acts currently under scrutiny.

    I went solo from HS26 last night, camped out & spent my last night on the Steppe alone. Completing just after 12, I will make my taxi & even time for a shower! Massive thanks to all that made it possible & helped me along the way #rideofmylife #mongolderby2018 #missioncomplete

    So all was going well on day 3, 1hr 20 behind leaders & I ride 100yds past station & get badly lost for 20k, losing around 4hrs. Toys firmly out of pram & turned it upside down! Last horse day 4 a complete dog & I couldn't get him to go. Anyway, cleared HS14 so now over halfway.
