I'm angry. Maybe delete later. My employer gave me a warning for too many days off for this year. My absences were due to: 1. Ectopic pregnancy 2. Parent died 3. Dog surgery 4. Miscarriage I'm not even a week out having a D&C and still have a bruise from my IV.- That post blew up. Clarify: 1. That came from HR 2. Yes, doctors' notes were given 3. I'm in USA 4. Not the first toxic workplace I've worked at lol I'll be muting that post soon. I appreciate the support.

- Yt readers don't blink twice about made up words in yt fantasy worlds, but BIPOC writers have to spoon feed when we write fantasy influenced by our cultures. And then we're told our world building is too slow or "can't connect".I’m beyond upset. Rejection on fulls happen. But when agents say they want to rep BIPOC voices, say they love the “uniqueness of my Roman/Chinese world”, but then find the Chinese terms confusing?? Don’t tell us you’re ready to support diversity without knowing what it means.
