We found a SECOND, previously undisclosed, X account belonging to D.C. Bar Disciplinary Counsel Jack Metzler. Like the one cited in DOJ's suit against the D.C. Bar about @JeffClarkUS, this one contains clear indicia of political bias. The account links w/ Metzler's Gmail.
