The Dunblane massacre was 27yrs ago today. 17 people were gunned down in a wee, Scottish school. There was a ban on handguns and the population reacted positively. One person didnae. A journalist, who wrote, “Nanny is confiscating their toys.” He was made a PM. #BorisJohnson 😤🫠

So.. Bins are the local authority’s responsibility but.. Local authorities budgets are limited by Scottish Government funding, but.. The Scottish Gov’s funding is limited by Westminster and we’re banned from borrowing or running a deficit. All done by design. #YouYesYet? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🌺🗑
