- The MV EVER GIVEN was fully re-floated and straight in SC Passage at 14:50 lt. 29/03/2021. The vessel is heading to the Great Bitter Lakes for further checking and investigation. Next the vessels in the Great Bitter Lakes will proceed heading to Suez.
- Re-floating operations were suspended at 23:00 lt 27/03/2021. The dredgers will continue to work until tomorrow 16:00 lt, at which point the re-floating operations will resume. Our source also advises that the MV Ever Given has moved 29 meters by the tugs in today’s operations.
- As per the latest news from our Egypt office, tugs are around the MV Ever Given but have not started yet due to strong winds. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as new information becomes available. [email protected] #suezcanal
- Some positive news at last! Please note that the salvage team have managed to float the MV Ever Given from stern /aft. and released the rudder. The salvage team will do another attempt after an hour using the high tide and hopefully re-float the vessel entirely. #suezcanal

- We are extremely pleased to have facilitated the latest crew change of 31 seafarers in Ecuador for the containership CERINTHUS that worked in Guayaquil port (TPG Terminal), during July 20th - 21st. The activities were carried out following all safety protocols.
- As per latest from our office in Egypt and SCA, the current situation in the Suez Canal has not changed. Heavy tugs have not been able to re-float the vessel despite efforts made until now, therefore SCA has recalled a dredger to the site to assist in re-floating the vessel.
- The salvage team suspended the re-floating operation in the Suez canal at midnight lt. The dredger will continue working and the next re-floating attempt will be made 1400 lt. 27/03/2021 with the high tide. #maritime #suezcanal #grounding
