    I've made some slight lighting improvements! 🌊 The shader now simulates sunlight absorption when the geometry is underwater inside a tunnel.

    I'm having fun testing the new buoyancy system - applying just a single force to steer the boat (green arrow). 🚤 I have to implement a foam generator next. The example vehicle will be included in the demo :) #UnrealEngine5 #gamedev

    This one is tricky! - single static mesh per light - disabled depth test - ray-traced cone - ray marched scattering (5 samples + blue noise) - projected light texture - screen normals used for simulating fake refraction xD #UnrealEngine #techart #vfx

    I've added dirt and wetness. I also implemented a custom SDF generator for spline meshes to improve surface masking. The Fluid Flux 3.0 is planned for October—stay tuned! :)

    My first experiment with stylized water! :) It's based on modifying the surface normal vector depending on the camera vector and some extra emissive rim light.

    The follower count just dropped to 5 for no apparent reason...it was 2700 yesterday. The Fluid Flux project is not related to any political movement xD I'm publishing a video with the current progress of update 1.2 to check how many people can see it. :)
