Our open-labelled, non-randomised cross-over trial is published. We studied the effects of short-term ketosis-suppression in healthy women on long-standing ketosis. Ten lean (BMI 20.5 ± 1.4), metabolically healthy, pre-menopausal women (age 32.3 ± 8.9) maintaining nutritional

Viruses always evolve to be more contagious if they can, while at the same time they evolve to being less virulent/pathogenic, especially respiratory viruses.

Why spike protein containing or mRNA transcription to self-produce the spike protein (S-protein) is likely to increase blood clotting and inflammation, especially in at-risk individuals: The SARS-CoV2 (SARS2) spike protein is biologically active.

I have family living in a country with digital ID. They are not a free people living under a social credit system. The UK is such a wonderful country to belong to and live in because it has always been a bastion of the sovereignty of the individual and the right to privacy.
I refused the mRNA injections that the government tried to force on me. I refused mask mandates. I refused invasive PCR tests. I didn’t travel for 2 years & made peace with the possibility that I might not travel again. I was refused access to many venues. I’ll do it all

Keto-flu is a misnomer. The symptoms one experiences when removing carbohydrates from one’s diet is actually the body experiencing chronic carbohydrate overdose addiction withdrawal symptoms. Aka carb dependency withdrawal

Can you imagine if the NHS said we won’t treat you if you smoke. Or we won’t treat you if you don’t loose weight, as you’re putting others at risk as you may take up hospital resources (beds and staff time) This is what they and gov said re these injections. Where did ethics go?

Hyperinsulinemia is the common denominator of the co-morbidities (obesity, T2DM, CVD, hypertension) in patients who suffer poorer outcomes from COVID-19. Hyperinsulinemia➡️⬆️inflammation, ➡️⬇️vitamin D availability & prevents breakdown of blood clots. dx.doi.org/10.1136/openhr…

Meat intake is positively correlated with life expectancies. Stepwise linear regression selected meat intake, not carbohydrates, as one of the significant predictors of life expectancy. Carbohydrate crops showed weak & -ve correlation with life expectancy.

No matter personal opinion, if you believe open discourse should not be allowed, then you have no idea what the scientific method is Labels “conspiracist, anti-vaxer” are slung to silence challenges to ones dogma True compassion, cares only for truth.

As I warned earlier, by injecting livestock or pre-loading their dairy with spike-coding mRNA, this will remove informed consent. An oral vaccine for SARS-CoV-2 RBD mRNA-bovine milk-derived exosomes induces a neutralizing antibody response in vivo. doi.org/10.1101/2022.1…
Given spike protein mRNA has been detected in human breastmilk, and dairy mRNA survives gastric acid and is biologically active, I am concerned about stabilised mRNA injectables in cows….then dairy…formula, milk etc. Dietary diary mRNA enters body too mdpi.com/1999-4915/14/2…
