    Dr. Caleb Matthews was supposed to graduate this year from our cardiothoracic surgery residency program. Instead, Caleb passed away last November after 3.5 year battle against a rare form of lung cancer. We miss him every day. ❤️ Please help us honor the legacy of Dr.

    We announce with the heaviest of hearts that our former Chief of Trauma, Dr. Gomez, has died. Dr. Gomez developed the 1st verified level 1 trauma center in Indiana at Wishard Hospital (now @EskenaziHealth). He was a beloved figure in our residency program and will be missed. ❤️
