    Police cooperation = results. This case started with material uploaded to INTERPOL’s International Child Sexual Exploitation database in 2017 by Australia, which was later complemented by Denmark and the INTERPOL Victim Identification Task Force. bit.ly/2EaRiND

    🚨@hellenicpolice with @policia and support from @INTERPOL_HQ dismantled a human trafficking network with the arrest of 22 suspects and the protection of 51 victims. The criminals trafficked Colombian women through #Spain for their sexual exploitation in #Greece 🇪🇸🇬🇷

    Task Force events allow victim identification specialists to share intelligence, explore int'l connections and avoid duplication of effort. A key part of the VIDTF model is the uploading of images & video files to INTERPOL's International Child Sexual Exploitation Database.

    The 500+ #HumanTrafficking victims rescued in Operation WEKA demonstrate the need for law enforcement to cooperate across borders. 🤝 INTERPOL is working closely w/ the Regional Operational Centre in Khartoum (ROCK) to better address migrant smuggling in the Horn of Africa.
