- There is currently a nationwide communications outage with a network provider which is impacting the availability of INTERAC services. We will provide further information as it becomes available.
- Due to the continued nationwide Rogers outage of business and consumer network services, INTERAC Debit and INTERAC e-Transfer continue to be unavailable across Canada.
- As Rogers has restored connectivity after their system wide outage, INTERAC services are now fully available. If you have any questions about a specific INTERAC e-Transfer or INTERAC Debit transaction, please contact your financial institution directly.
- The INTERAC e-Transfer service is back online fully operational among all financial institutions. Read more at interac.ca
