    We are currently on the ground in Afghanistan delivering much needed aid. We can confirm that access to aid is facilitated for all, both men and women. @heatherbarr1's inaccurate comments risk damaging donor confidence and obstructing much needed humanitarian assistance

    Today we visited Jamuriat Speciality National Hospital in Kabul, and we spoke with numerous doctors and nurses both male and female who have been working diligently, and have welcomed the added safety and security they now experience in Afghanistan.
