    Private water companies were given a clean, debt free slate to start with. The rack up £56 billion in debt. They chronically underinvest. They pollute massively. The extract £72 billion in dividends. Now that they want the tax payers to bail them out. What a scam.

    Brace yourselves for excuses from MPs that they couldn’t vote to hold water companies to account on raw sewage pollution as ‘costs would be passed on to bill payers’. Bear in mind the industry makes billions in profits annually & often avoids paying taxes. #EndSewagePollution

    The world needs to stop fucking around and put an end to destroying nature like we are. Fully protect massive areas of land and sea. Prevent the industrialisation of wild habitats. And end fossil fuels. We all depend on massive interventions that put nature not money first.
