- For the first time in the history of California today is officially #IndigenousPeoplesDay. It's important that we learn from the historical truths about our country and end atrocities against humanity. Today we honor the sacrifices, strength and rich culture of the first people.
- The issue of Sheriff accountability is both urgent & systemic. Despite measures that have been put in place to prevent misconduct, it has become clear that the question must go to the voters to grant authority for the BOS to remove a Sheriff that violates the law or abuses power.
