    Be smart in the post season: -Have a plan for each situation (down 1, down 3, up 1, up 3 etc) -Know where you are on the mat -Keep your composure when things aren’t going your way -Score early -Score at the end of each period -Work hard for 6 minutes -Enjoy it!

    If anyone truly understood how insanely hard the college wrestling season is they wouldnt talk so much crap about guys missing duals. They weigh in and compete 2x per week, workout 2x per day, go to school and try balance a social life. Its impossible to do what we as them to do

    The most successful wrestlers: 1. Study film 2. Workout twice daily 3. Ask 100s of questions at practice 4. Have fingers 5. Trust their coaches 6. Hype their teammates up 7. Aren’t afraid to work on their weaknesses 8. Hang with like minded ppl 9. Fight for every point
