- My youngest received an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point today. He is the newest member of the class of 2026. I am overwhelmed with respect for the path he has chosen and the man he has become.
- No group of Americans have received more federal aid than Appalachians. It’s the most subsidized region of the country, and number 2 isn’t even close.This is why Appalachians don’t trust the government. This is why we don’t want TEMA FEMA here.
