Being honest is great but don’t forget delivery. Being honest in a crappy way is not the same as being honest in a respectful way.

- I’ve noticed people have no sense of emotional responsibility for other people.
- I love that the presenter/interviewer asked for her daughter’s name and offered to help her. I think this approach helps everyone and helps change our views towards the idea that children are a “nuisance” while working.
- I honestly believe you can find a man who will accept you for who you are, I wish all women knew this.
- I don’t like the “slowly but surely” perspective we have towards human rights.
- We say it takes a village to raise a child but that goes out of the window if a woman is not suffering enough for people.
- Sometimes when I feel myself procrastinating I remember an article that said: “procrastination is an emotional regulation problem not a time management problem.”
- Younger millennials (26 - 35 maybe) and gen z(s) want the same thing. So I find the slight divide interesting. If there’s any difference, gen z are a bit louder about their boundaries. I love it.
- Replying to @HelenAndIAdults spend more time trying to construct a “perfect” sentence and lose momentum. We forget that we didn’t learn our first language this way.
- There are Black guys on here who insult Black women indirectly. Hair is a common one.
