- Replying to @HealthyLivingMoReduce the risk of CMV: 👶Don't share food, utensils, drinks, straws or toothbrushes with young children 👶Do not put a pacifier in your mouth 👶Avoid kissing children on the mouth 👶Wash your hands frequently If you are pregnant and have concerns about CMV, talk to your doctor.
- Replying to @HealthyLivingMoAbout one out of every 200 babies is born with CMV infection, and one in 5 of those babies will have long-term health problems like hearing loss, vision loss and cerebral palsy. Pregnant women with young children, or who work with young children, are at high risk of catching CMV.
