Make A1111 fast again! After fixing all problems found via profiling, I get SDXL inference speed from 580ms/it down to 280ms/it! Even slightly faster than Forge/ComfyUI. You can try it by checking out this bundle PR: github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/…

A large drawback of IC-Light is that it often modify the base color of the fg object. I saw someone used the trick of placing fg in lightmap latent input to help preserve the base color. Works pretty well! Workflow uploaded github.com/huchenlei/Comf…

Omost is definitely not the silver bullet. There are 5 regions from LLM. Region 1: window; 2: Chair; 3: Fan; 4: Girl; 5: Korean dress. For a small object like a fan, it is unusual to take such a large area. Still WIP, but you can already play at github.com/huchenlei/Comf…

Finally the native IC-Light support for A1111🎉. The same forge extension now serves both A1111 and Forge. No need to maintain 2 repos. Single UI, 2 backends. github.com/huchenlei/sd-f… Going to make some more things available to A1111 soon with ModelPatcher.
