It is with great sadness that Hawcoat Park football announce the passing of our 1st team manager John Paul Cresswell, only up the club a short while but has had a massive impact on getting the football section going in the right direction.

- Following years of consistently average performances Toby Mowat has been awarded the 3rd team captaincy. Congratulations Toby.
- Just want to wish an outstanding goalkeeper and even better person @JayBarkerr good luck with stepping up to north west counties side @OfficialHOBAFC this coming season. You will be missed mate massively on and off the pitch and we are blessed you chose @Hawcoat_ParkFC as a step
- Drama on Hawcoat Lane as @Wilksey_10 gives a penalty away and gets sent off for the most moronic tackle I've seen watching football. @daltonutdfc convert the spot kick 5-2.
- Good luck to @Official_HOBAFC this weekend . A great season and hopefully finish it with what you deserve and a win and promotion. Our boys have a game unfortunately but will be down the road listening for the cheers from a bumper crowd . Good luck Kev , Glyn and dishy 👊
- Very bizarre but just been informed @MillHill_FC can’t raise a team for todays game! This is shocking @westlancsleague especially this late on Saturday afternoon. Something needs to happen their reputation is getting worse.
- Also @stonecloughfc1 can you ask Ben Marshall to send his CV in to @Hawcoat_ParkFC that he mentioned a lot about yesterday. The rugby union team are actively looking for a kicking coach who specialises in kicking into touch 🤙
- Huge 3 points on the road! Tough conditions and the lads back on the party bus with all 3 points Man of the match: Frankie Ellis
- The first team start their campaign with a 2-0 win at home to @EuxtonVillaFC reserves. @ReeceCresswell8 opened the scoring from the penalty spot before his brother James put the game to bed late on.
- Hawcoat 3-2 Walney FT at a wet tummer hill. Goal scorers Diesel Wilkes (2) Charley Thompson (knee sliding home. 10m) Special mention to Joe Mitch, unreal.
- Great effort from the lads today. 6 point Saturday. First team won 4-2 Reserves won 3-2 @sam_jeffo reaction to the news below
00:00 - In a turn of events Clarky took the captaincy off Toby following a revolt in the 3rd team. RESULT Furness Cavs res 2 - 4 Hawcoat Park Scorers: Jacob Ellis, Chris Herbert, Mike Wilkes and GK captain Clarky with the pen.
