Nathan Smith
Unfortunately Nathan has ruptured his ACL agian and has taken the decision to retire from football.
Nathan played over 300 games for the club and was part of the 2010 division 1 championship side and the 2012 Bob Colman cup winning team.
We wish Nathan all the best.

- The club is saddened to hear the passing of former assistant manager of the reserves and Suffolk FA referee Dan Mason. Dan was assistant to Dan Bullock a few seasons back he will be missed a true gentlemen. Thoughts are with family and freinds at this tough time
- Last weekend the club held its presentation afternoon at the club. To kick us off before the presentation Our Chairman Shaun Wright presented First Team player and Manager James Hawkins an award for reaching an outstanding 400 games for the club.
- Prior to the match former chairman Alan Sparkes was given an award for 50 years in football presented by @SuffolkFA Many thanks Alan for all your hard work towards local football 👏
- A massive congratulations goes out to Hawky who recently made his 450th appearance for the club ⚫️⚪️
- Thank you to everyone that came out to watch whoever you were supporting thank you your support it’s much appreciated. The round figure we heard was 240 at a village game on a cold December afternoon is outstanding and shows there is still a love for village football. ⚪️⚫️
- First thanks went to club legend Wilky. Without this man, the club would struggle and for those who come to watch Haughley FC you would know how much this man does Thank you Wilky!
- We would like to wish our close friends down at @stowtownfc the best of luck in the fa vase on Saturday. ⚫️⚪️
