THREAD: Harvard Interim President Garber’s administration claims that they haven’t met with the 1000s of students demanding divestment because they “hadn’t heard” from us before the encampment was established. Faculty found this claim laughable. We do too. Here are the receipts.
The day after Harvard Interm President Alan Garber released a email threatening suspension for any protestors involved with the encampment, administrators came by to identify students for disciplinary action. Within minutes, our crowd and chants drove them away.
