Walked the hallways with this guy as a high school junior and senior. Tried to get him to commit to Lehigh. He smirked and said I have something else brewing right now. I think we were his first public offer. Committed to Kansas a month later. Respect.

Lehigh has been a great platform to work on my passion. Just like the student athletes at Lehigh, the coaches also get to chase their dreams. Thank you!

Jordan Cohen taught me so much over his four years at Lehigh. Integrity, honesty and discipline all come to mind, and sometimes you have to let the assassin out.

Played for and coached with @CoachScottCoval at @DSUBulldogs. Has been a mentor for 20+ years. Biggest lessons I have learned from him: be a man of my word, show up, be reliable and helping others is more satisfying than helping yourself.

Marcus and I gratitude journal as much as possible. 1. What am I thankful for? 2. Name something simple to be appreciative of? 3. Name one person to help today? 4. What is something happening soon to be thankful for? 5. How do you remind yourself to be grateful?

One of the most magnetic players I have ever been around is @kleufroy3. Humble, hungry and full of personality. I am most thankful for the way he treated my son, Marcus.

Best days coaching at @LehighMBB were 'Princeton' concept days. The coaching staff would run actions. The players had no chance. @CoachMcDowell20 and @coachtower23 were a blast to play with.
