    We just did our first co-investment with an intern alum. We have had 17 interns break into VC/PE post the program and it’s exciting to now see us building together. We need more diverse investors.

    🧵 We often get asked how we feel about more diverse focused funds and if the market is too crowded?? 1/ There are 1,000+ VC funds that have been investing 90% of capital largely into SaaS companies led by 31% of the population (White men). They don’t get asked this question
