- I recall the courage of a 29 year-old who took on an unbeatable US senator, who, when his wife and daughter were killed, came home from DC every night to raise what was left of his family. I have to believe Americans will see past the gaffes to Joe Biden's guts and goodness.
- Huge congrats to Joy Reid who joins MSNBC’s prime-time line-up tonight. Joy will prove once again her commitment to telling the truth about our country’s history, our present challenges and her hopes for America’s future. She’s the real deal. So If it’s 7 o’clock, watch Joy!!!
- I predict Joe Biden will select Senator Harris as his vp running mate. I see him barnstorming the country with Barack, Michelle and the California senator. It’s the portrait of America’s future.
- Very grateful for all the messages of support. I’m on my way to recovery, and will be back on Hardball soon!
- To everyone, a happy Easter and joyous Passover. Even as we observe social distancing, we can unite spiritually. Difficult times could well bring out the best in us. They have before.
- If Dr. Blasey Ford doesn't testify, the historic loser will be Donald Trump. Her story will not go away even if, especially if, Kavanaugh is confirmed. Imagine her on 60 Minutes the Sunday before the midterms.
- I’m proud of the courageous testimony by Ms. Williams and Lt. Col. Vindman. Today is a great day for our country. I loved what Vindman said about America: “This is the country that I have served and defended, that all of my brothers have served and here, right matters.”
- Trump is right to show respect for RBG. True presidential behavior. Far too rare.
- How can you not be impressed that Senator Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota declared that she will vote against confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court? It takes character to vote against the way the wind is blowing back home. We'll see how other Senators vote.
- Back on @Hardball tonight! All the notes and messages I received over the past two weeks overwhelm me. Long ago I came to believe heartfelt prayers matter. Thank you for all the kind words.

She's showing the guts to walk the road map laid out by Robert Mueller.Replying to @ewarrenThe severity of this misconduct demands that elected officials in both parties set aside political considerations and do their constitutional duty. That means the House should initiate impeachment proceedings against the President of the United States.
