- Sport is about the race,the chase,the extraordinary in human ability &the resilience in our attitudes. We live to perform & showcase our talents. To come away with a 3rd medal in the 400IM, who’d have thought possible at the age of 28!Here’s to another story added to my journey😊
- Sometimes we take for granted to foundations for things. I love playing around with floating. Body awareness/movement and body line are key in a sport like swimming. Who can challenge their floating skills?
00:00 - Somebody pinch me! Today was simply amazing. Being awarded an MBE for services to swimming & women in sport was a huge surprise & such an honour receiving it from King Charles. Today was simply amazing, the hard work doesn’t stop here! Thank you everyone for everything.

- And just like that the day is over! They always say your wedding day goes past quick. 10 years together, 5 of them engaged. A house, 2 dogs together and a life time of adventures to come ☺️
- 20th March 2009 I broke the British Record in the 400IM, 10 years later it still stands. So much has happened between then and now! Kind of cool the record still stands 10 years later.... But for how much longer 😜
- Found this very intriguing. My old club Garioch have a "no phones" policy for swimmers at competitions. It's good to see the swimmers voluntarily handing over their phones at the start of a meet. They seem to interact more as a team & some brought books to read on poolside.

00:00 - I might be nearly 30 and have swum for many years......but I've still not quite mastered having a bottle of shampoo in my swim bag without it leaking everywhere 🙈 #swimmerproblems
